Customer Success professional and former Management Consultant with a skilled understanding of Strategy & Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Consultative Selling. I enjoy nurturing high-performing teams, driving operational efficiencies, and championing customer advocacy. I have a track record of serving Enterprise customers along the transformation journey, using data to inform strategic decision-making, leading cross-functional projects with high visibility, and designing, operationalizing, and scaling initiatives that grow and innovate the business.


At Slack, every day I have the pleasure of serving as a strategic and trusted advisor to Slack's Enterprise customers, making people's working lives simpler, more pleasant, and more productive. It's been both tremendously gratifying, and a lot of fun. I am responsible for adoption, expansion, and retention of customers across the U.S. and Latin America, focusing on value realization and driving scalable growth.


I started my career in Europe as a Management Consultant with Deloitte and designed and deployed their global Third Party Managed Service offering, which enables organizations to build a more resilient supply chain through technology. I have managed cross-cultural teams in America, EMEA, and Asia.
