Joe Vachon has been part of the Customer Success mentality long before the title met his career. He attributes his customer-centric learning from the early days when he started at Nordstrom. While most recently at Zoom driving adoption for leading-edge meeting technologies, Joe has also worked in the cloud content management, global mobility, omni-channel marketing, and med-tech verticals. One thing he has observed is that everyone is looking for a collaborative partnership to help them get something done. Joe has worked hard to be that partner along the way for his internal & external customers, while setting expectations and helping through education & training to find success for their end goals.
One core belief for Joe is the following.
“Customers. They keep the lights on. Employees. They flip the switch. I am a firm believer that at times, we are one in the same. I have to be a ‘customer’ to my organization to know how to flip that switch.”
