Her work centers around translating human insights and getting to the heart of what people care about. Her passion for people led her to fields with communication and connection at the core—writing, marketing, teaching, and comedy. She's worked at email marketing and communication firms, taught reading intervention at a charter school, written a marketing book called Car Dog Millionaire, studied improvisation at Second City, and even dabbled in stand-up comedy in Brazil. Now, she's landed in the IT world and is helping Liongard enable insight through automation with their SaaS platform for IT service providers.
